Cancellation Policy
At Bajrang Bali Trust, we strive to provide the best experience for all our devotees and supporters. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling bookings, event participation, or services provided by the Trust.
1. Event Bookings
- Cancellations by Participants:
- Cancellations must be communicated at least [insert timeframe, e.g., 7 days] before the scheduled event to be eligible for a refund (if applicable).
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting administrative charges.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the stipulated timeframe.
- Cancellations by the Trust:
- In case the Trust cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances, all registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to another event.
2. Puja and Ritual Bookings
- Cancellations by Devotees:
- Puja or ritual bookings canceled at least [insert timeframe, e.g., 48 hours] before the scheduled time are eligible for a partial refund after deducting necessary charges.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within [insert timeframe, e.g., 48 hours] of the scheduled time.
- Rescheduling:
- Rescheduling requests can be accommodated based on availability. A nominal rescheduling fee may apply.
3. Donations
- Donations made to Bajrang Bali Trust are non-refundable as they are intended for charitable purposes.
4. Refund Process

- Transaction charges or payment gateway fees may be deducted from the refundable amount.
5. Exceptions
